The Power Of Time




          As we know like people said,"time is gold".What does it means?We only know that gold is an accessories that women love to wear because its made them look beautiful.But not about the gold I would like to say but i wanna talk about time.Many things happen around us have link with time such as timetable,or "what time is it"? and many other things so as I said time is very important to us.One more thing we cannot stop time because it was more powerful like this picture the strongest man like him can't stop time.How could us as human that not strong like him can manage time.So we as human must alert with  time so we will not left behind.Then I would like to share some secret how to manage time.

         So we as human must manage our time correctly.First we must be punctual in our life.For example we must come early to the office before boss because as a good employee we must be punctual so our boss will not mad to us.Punctuality is very important because when there is anything happen like our car broke down when we on the way for work.If we go early we still able to arrive early to office because we depart early from home if we late so we arrive late and scolded by our boss.So thats why punctuality is very important like a phrases "early bird gets more worms" so when we early we get more then other people.So be punctual and you will know how valuable is time.Thats why many successful people they will be punctual in what ever they do like Dato' Lee Chong Wei he always come early for training thats why he can be the no.1 player in the world.So punctuality will help us to success so be punctual if you wanna be a successful person.

         Secondly to manage our time we must do a timetable which is a table that guide us what we need to do for today,tomorrow or next week.This timetable method is suitable for students because they have to do some revision for what they have learnt at school so with timetable they know what they wanna revise today,tomorrow or next week.Not for students only,housewives also can use timetable or we like to call it duty rooster.Duty rooster also helps housewives to manage their housework for what they gonna do on this time or that time.So timetable is very useful for our daily life because this is the easier and best way to manage our time perfectly.Timetable also help us to do work properly so our work will not gone havoc because its will gave us problem and headache.So when we have time table it will help us to do work perfectly.

         Finally in our way to manage time we must be discipline because all steps that we discuss in the previous paragraph must be cooperate with discipline because without discipline those steps cannot be done.We know that school was concern with discipline issue but most students doesn't have this attitude because some of them are stubborn.They maybe can follow the rules but they don't understand what is discipline.Discipline is very important in managing time because without discipline we will not be able to punctual to work or we will not follow the time table that we made if we don't have discipline.Discipline is the key of success and managing time.In military,for recruit they must bald because that was the way to get rid ego and build discipline in their life because in military discipline is the main point,without discipline we cannot be a good soldier.If we late to the battlefield we may be killed first because we late to prepare our defends.Thats why we must have discipline and attitude to manage time.Without discipline we cannot manage time well and we cannot be a successful person.

          In the nutshell,time is very important to us because time can guide us to know when day or when night.So we are the one who need to manage time not time managing us.To be a good manager we must put this element in our mind.So be punctual,do timetable and be discipline then we can be a good manager in managing time.So remember "early bird gets more worms".THANK YOU.

        Chocolate is made from plants,which means it contains many of the health benefits of dark vegetables.Like green tea dark chocolate also contains antioxidant which protect the body from aging caused by free radicals,which can cause damage that leads to heart diseases.Dark chocolate also contains flavonoids which helps to relax blood pressure through the production of nitric oxide.Dark chocolate also can running your heart and system well.There are two benefits that help heart are lower blood pressure and lower cholesterol level.There are 3 types of fats that contain in dark chocolate are oleic acid,stearic acid and palmitic acid.I would like to talk about this three fats which will harm your heart but in dark chocolate it contains only small amount of them.There are 5 tips that i would like to share which is balance the calories,taste the chocolate,go for dark chocolate,skip the nougat,and avoid milk.

STRESS

        




         What is stress?Stress is an emotion that happen when an individual in a high pressure because of work,problem or any other pressure that may lead to stress.We as human being cannot run from stress because all people will face problems because Allah always give test to us so that we will remember Him when in problems.We as human being never slips from do mistake.When we do mistake we will get blame and it will make us stress.When we stress we will make crimes like murder,robbing or other suicide that  lead to sins.

        There are many causes of  stress such as cyber bully,work place and family crisis.We must face this stress feels because its will help us to control our patience so that we know the benefits of patience.There are certain parts that may be affected by stress such as brain,nerve,muscle and heart.Stress may cause us to get many diseases such as heart attack,reproductive system,migrain and many more.Stress in cyber bully happen when someone try to embrass us with put some embrassing picture so that we will feel ashame and this may lead us to stress.This cyber bully can be reduce by give a big punishment to this bullyying people.So this can reduce the stress problem.

       In workplace stress always happen because a lot of work to do and there are some boss that love to give pressure to their employees.So this behaviour of boss may causes stress to his employees.Because of this many boss will faces death because their employee want take revenge to their boss.Moreover,there are many partner in workplace love to see us down in spirit of work so that they can take advantage on us which is in stress.There are many ways to manage stress but before that i would like to talk about the last causes of strees which is family crisis.

       Family crisis is the major problem that may lead to stress because its involves responsible,corporation and love.But if this concept does not practice in family it will lead to stress in the family.Many parents cannot manage their stress so this would harm their children such as child abuse,depression,vandelism and many other problem will comes out.One more effect of stress is it may harm our body system.This may lead to stomachache which causes gastric.This also may effect our immune system so this may cause many waste product cannot be extraction.So that was important for us to manage our stress briliantly.So there are many problems will happen when we cannot manage our stress.So that now i would like to talk about how to manage a stress. 

       There are many ways to manage stress.Some ways that we can use is wudhu'.Wudhu' is the best way to manage stress because it was concern in Islam.Moreover, other ways that we can use is do some light exercise so that we can relieve our stress through this exercise.When we exercise all toxic that make us stress will flow out through our sweat.We also must think positive when we faces stress because if we think positive we will make positive decision.Beside that,we can take some sleep to manage stress because when we sleep stress will relieve automatically.Thats why we must manage our stress in a good way so that it will end good too.

      In the nutshell,stres is a problem that may happen to other people but the differences are the way that they handle their stress and what happen to them when they manage in the good or bad way.So that as a human that have brain and knowledge we can think the best way to handle ourselves to face stress and have a healthy and positive life so that we can live happy and free from stress.
