What is stress?Stress is an emotion that happen when an individual in a high pressure because of work,problem or any other pressure that may lead to stress.We as human being cannot run from stress because all people will face problems because Allah always give test to us so that we will remember Him when in problems.We as human being never slips from do mistake.When we do mistake we will get blame and it will make us stress.When we stress we will make crimes like murder,robbing or other suicide that lead to sins.
There are many causes of stress such as cyber bully,work place and family crisis.We must face this stress feels because its will help us to control our patience so that we know the benefits of patience.There are certain parts that may be affected by stress such as brain,nerve,muscle and heart.Stress may cause us to get many diseases such as heart attack,reproductive system,migrain and many more.Stress in cyber bully happen when someone try to embrass us with put some embrassing picture so that we will feel ashame and this may lead us to stress.This cyber bully can be reduce by give a big punishment to this bullyying people.So this can reduce the stress problem.
In workplace stress always happen because a lot of work to do and there are some boss that love to give pressure to their employees.So this behaviour of boss may causes stress to his employees.Because of this many boss will faces death because their employee want take revenge to their boss.Moreover,there are many partner in workplace love to see us down in spirit of work so that they can take advantage on us which is in stress.There are many ways to manage stress but before that i would like to talk about the last causes of strees which is family crisis.
Family crisis is the major problem that may lead to stress because its involves responsible,corporation and love.But if this concept does not practice in family it will lead to stress in the family.Many parents cannot manage their stress so this would harm their children such as child abuse,depression,vandelism and many other problem will comes out.One more effect of stress is it may harm our body system.This may lead to stomachache which causes gastric.This also may effect our immune system so this may cause many waste product cannot be extraction.So that was important for us to manage our stress briliantly.So there are many problems will happen when we cannot manage our stress.So that now i would like to talk about how to manage a stress.
There are many ways to manage stress.Some ways that we can use is wudhu'.Wudhu' is the best way to manage stress because it was concern in Islam.Moreover, other ways that we can use is do some light exercise so that we can relieve our stress through this exercise.When we exercise all toxic that make us stress will flow out through our sweat.We also must think positive when we faces stress because if we think positive we will make positive decision.Beside that,we can take some sleep to manage stress because when we sleep stress will relieve automatically.Thats why we must manage our stress in a good way so that it will end good too.
In the nutshell,stres is a problem that may happen to other people but the differences are the way that they handle their stress and what happen to them when they manage in the good or bad way.So that as a human that have brain and knowledge we can think the best way to handle ourselves to face stress and have a healthy and positive life so that we can live happy and free from stress.
