Dark chocolate.Everyone love to hear about chocolate especially dark chocolate.When we said about dark chocolate or any chocolate we will think about the sweetness,the taste,the crunchy and many other taste good.But they always think that chocolate is bad for health.I would like to say no because most of chocolate especially dark chocolate has its own benefits that many people didn't know.All they know eat and become fatter.That was totally wrong because many researches have discover benefits of dark chocolate for us.Its depend on us to do some research about this benefits that have been discovered by researches.
I choose this article because many people thought that chocolate is bad for us but the real thing is chocolate has many benefits for our health.This article will tell us all about chocolate that we didn't know for a long time.This article may help us to think twice about choosing chocolate as our diet menu because chocolate has it owns nutrients for our body usage.Now i would like to talk about this article in the next paragraph.
Chocolate is made from plants,which means it contains many of the health benefits of dark vegetables.Like green tea dark chocolate also contains antioxidant which protect the body from aging caused by free radicals,which can cause damage that leads to heart diseases.Dark chocolate also contains flavonoids which helps to relax blood pressure through the production of nitric oxide.Dark chocolate also can running your heart and system well.There are two benefits that help heart are lower blood pressure and lower cholesterol level.There are 3 types of fats that contain in dark chocolate are oleic acid,stearic acid and palmitic acid.I would like to talk about this three fats which will harm your heart but in dark chocolate it contains only small amount of them.There are 5 tips that i would like to share which is balance the calories,taste the chocolate,go for dark chocolate,skip the nougat,and avoid milk.
I like this article because this article has open our mind about the benefits of dark chocolate for us.This article also has falsing all bad thinking of people about dark chocolate which yhey thought will make them sick and fatter.Thats why i would like to share this article so they will think back about what they think about chocolate.This article also guide us how to manage our diet in taking amount of chocolate so that we will not eat to many chocolate that may leads to sickness.
In the nutshell i think dark chocolate have more benefits to our body if it was taken with an appropriate amount that was suggested by Ministry Of Health so that it won't make us sick.So i would like to suggest this article to people so that they realise that there are many benefits in dark chocolate that they can use.THANK YOU.
